1. Leakage from the connection between flange and screen changer

The reason is that when installing the screen changer, the impurities on the end face of the connecting ring are not cleaned up, or the bolts of the flange are not tightened diagonally, and the connecting end face of the flange and the screen changer is uneven. After disassembly, clean the waste at the connection between the screen changer and the flange, and tighten the bolts diagonally again to ensure that the gap between the flange and the screen changer is the same;

2. Material leakage at the gap of heating ring of screen changer

If the pressure sensor hole reserved at the inlet of the screen changer is not plugged or the plug is not tightened, tighten the pressure sensor or the plug of the pressure sensor;

3. Material leakage at the connection between the sliding plate of the screen changer and the main body of the screen changer

Due to the assembly quality problem of the screen changer, there was material leakage just after installation, so it was returned to the factory for reassembly. In case of material leakage during the warranty period, it shall be repaired on site or returned to the factory for repair. If material leakage occurs again after maintenance, a new machine shall be issued.

4. In case of material leakage during the warranty period of column screen changer, it shall be returned to the factory for maintenance. Material leakage due to strain of column and main body shall be handled separately;

5. The problem of material leakage in the mesh belt type screen changer is mainly caused by the small or blocked water volume of the circulating water path, which cannot be cooled and sealed. It can be solved by increasing the cooling water flow and cleaning the scale in the cooling water path in the screen changer.
