Introduction of the temperature and heating mode of Batte Melt Measuring Pump--Melt Measuring Pump produced by Zhengzhou Bart Melt Pump Co., Ltd. has been widely used in chemical fiber, granulation, plastic film, sheet, sheet, profile, pipe, wire and cable, wire drawing, compound extrusion and other production lines.

Use temperature: <350 (?) Transport medium viscosity: 1-40 000 Pa. s (1000-40,000,000 cP).

Heating mode: electric heating or heat conducting oil and biphenyl gas heating.

Driving device: motor + reducer + connector + universal coupling + connector + melt pump. The motor adopts ordinary motor, frequency conversion motor, electromagnetic speed regulating motor or servo motor (customers can choose according to working conditions).

Flow adjustment: Melt metering pump adopts frequency conversion speed regulation.

Installation: Melt metering pump can be installed directly on extruder or melt pipeline.
