Enhanced filtering operation of plunger screen changer

The characteristic of plunger screen changer is the modularization of Magar. The double plunger design can be customized and adjusted according to the unique process requirements of users.

The design allows the use of five different filter chamber shapes in the same screen changer shell: circular, for simple circular filter screen; elliptical, for twice the filtering area; arched crushing plate and screen for four times the filtering area; leaf disc design, to expand the filtering area to 12 times; candle core filter element, to increase the filtering area to 60 times.

Although there are many available filter chamber shapes, the screen changer allows the user to select specific design and operating characteristics, such as electric or thermal medium heating, nitrification or stainless steel construction, specific flow channel coating, and high temperature or high pressure operation.
